Terms of Agreement

Please get in contact if you have any questions regarding our terms of agreement. 


Liability Policies:

  • Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning agrees to provide domestic/commercial cleaning services to the Client at an address specified by the Client.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning agree to provide services stated in this contract in an honest, reliable and professional manner. Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning does hold a Public and Products Liability Insurance policy and in examination of this agreement, the client explicitly waives any and all claims against Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning, unless arising from gross negligence on the part of Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning.

  • We at Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning strive to take great care with your belongings. However, sometimes accidents happen. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any personal items. Items which are antique, unique, valuable, etc. are not covered within this policy. Please remove these items the day of your cleaning.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning does not use ladders or move items more than 15 kilos to protect us from injury or ill health. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning is not responsible for damage incurred by the incorrect installation of any object. All units and/or appliances are assumed to be correctly installed. If you know of any improperly installed, you must notify us so that we may clean properly and avoid accidents.

Business Policies:

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning do not clean any human or animal bio-hazards such as: human or animal bio waste, animal housing units, items or clothing which have been contaminated by such waste or other similar bio-hazards.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning prefers that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered, our team is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning agrees to keep keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if a member of our team misplaces the keys.

  • Cleaning rates are subject to change. Additional services need to be requested in advance so appropriate scheduling of the additional time and supplies needed can be determined. Additional services or variations requested at the time the clean is being performed, is at the discretion of Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning, and the client must pay the additional incurred fees if necessary. 

  • A checklist can be left if requested to show exactly what was performed if necessary.


Health & Safety:

  • The client warrants that they will provide a safe working environment at the premises for the cleaner to perform the service and they will provide the cleaner with access to all services and utilities (including hot and cold water, electricity, and rubbish bins etc.) as required to perform the service.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning is entitled to undertake a job safety analysis before the commencement of any work to assess the health and safety risk at the premises, and use it at their own discretion prior to commencement. 

  • Abuse or assault, verbal or physical, on staff will not be tolerated and legal action will be taken against any person who is in breach of this.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations must be received 2 days prior to scheduled service or full cleaning fees may be applied. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or an employee feels their personal safety is at risk due to an aggressive pets or actions by any individuals on the premise.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning reserves the right to deny service or terminate service because of safety concerns, financial concerns, or inappropriate or uncomfortable situations.


Business Hours:

  • Business hours are between the hours of 8am and 4pm and services are usually completed during this time unless otherwise requested.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning reserves the right to cancel scheduled cleans due to extreme weather.

  • Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule if your scheduled day falls on a holiday or outside of normal business hours.

Payment Arrangement:

Option 1 -  Cash on the day to service provider.  Invoice/Receipt will be emailed then after.

Option 2 - Payment by direct bank transfer.  An invoice will be emailed to you with our EFT banking details.  This should be paid on the same day or next business day.

Option 3 - Pay through Paypal. An invoice will be emailed to you with a Paypal link and should be paid on the same or next business day.


There will be a 10% late fee added on for payments later than 14 days and accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.


Commitment Policy:

Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning wants you to be completely satisfied every time. If, within 24 hours, you are not satisfied, Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning will come back and re-clean said items at no additional charge.


Either party can terminate services at any time by providing at least 2 days notice. All past due payments must be paid immediately.
