The Answers You Need

Is there anything that needs to be completed prior to the clean?

Yes! In order for us to complete a job thoroughly, successfully and with the Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning stamp of approval, we would require you to ensure that all clothes, objects, toys etc. are picked up off of the floor and stored away neatly.

Can I reschedule my clean?

Of course you can! Just notify us 2 days in advance and we will organise a reschedule.

Do I have to be present for the clean?

No, not at all. In this instance we would discuss obtaining necessary keys or codes to gain access to your home. All keys and codes are securely tagged and controlled to maintain the highest security.

Who will provide the cleaning equipment?

Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning will supply all necessary equipment.

What time should I expect the cleaning team?

Our team clean during the day from 8:00am - 4pm.  Your home will be assigned a time during the day for cleaning when you book your appointment. We try our best to stick as closely to those start times as possible.  However, the arrival time may vary slightly due to things such as traffic, or if our team members find they need to spend a little longer at a home to handle a special request.

Are you insured?

Yes! Squeaky Clean Eco Cleaning does hold a Public and Products Liability Insurance policy.

How do I pay?

Option 1 -  Cash on the day to service provider.  Invoice/Receipt will be emailed then after.

Option 2 - Payment by direct bank transfer.  An invoice will be emailed to you with our EFT banking details.  This should be paid on the same day or next business day.

Option 3 - Pay through Paypal. An invoice will be emailed to you with a Paypal link and should be paid on the same or next business day.


There will be a 10% late fee added on for payments later than 14 days and accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.
